For professionals who are ready for what's next — but aren't quite sure what that looks like yet.
Polaris is a 10 to 12-week structured group coaching program for professionals who are established in their careers and ready for a meaningful change but aren't quite sure what that next chapter looks like.
It's a process for getting unstuck. For figuring out what you want to do when you grow up — even if you're well along your career path. For finding greater alignment between who you are, what you value, what energizes you, and what you're good at.
This isn't a course. And it's not just an assessment. It's a guided process to help you find a career that actually fits.
Career paths are less linear and predictable than they used to be. As industries shift and AI reshapes the nature of work, more professionals are rethinking what comes next.
But for many people, the hardest part isn't a lack of opportunity. It's a lack of clarity. It can be surprisingly difficult to know which path is right — one that reflects not just your interests, but also your strengths, values, priorities, and the life you want to build.
Most professionals in transition don't need more advice. They need a structured process for getting clear on the right next move — and the support to act on it with confidence.
That's what Polaris is built for.
The program moves through a clear arc — starting with a deep understanding of who you are and what you're looking for, and ending with a concrete direction and a gameplan for what comes next.
We start by looking closely at your life story — the peak experiences and defining moments that shaped you. You'll identify your energizing skills, work preferences, and what matters most to you.
We bring those insights together into a personal blueprint: a clear picture of who you are and what you're looking for in your next chapter. This becomes a practical foundation for evaluating what comes next.
Finally, we narrow to two or three concrete career directions that fit and build a clear gameplan for how to explore and test them, including informational interviews and real-world experiments. By the end of the program, you're not just clearer. You're in motion.
Polaris is designed for professionals who are established in their careers and ready for a more aligned next move. You may feel stuck in a role that no longer fits, or more certain about what you want to leave than where you want to go next.
You do not need to have it all figured out before you join. You simply need to be ready for a structured process that helps you gain clarity and move forward with confidence. Groups are intentionally small and thoughtfully curated. The cohort itself is part of the value.
One of the hardest parts of a career transition is how isolating it can feel. The uncertainty is difficult to explain, and the kinds of changes people are considering are not always easy to talk about with colleagues, friends, or family.
Polaris is designed to change that. From the beginning, participants build real connection through honest conversation, shared reflection, and a thoughtfully curated group experience. As the program unfolds, the group develops genuine trust, support, and momentum together.
Throughout the program, you'll be paired with rotating partners within the cohort for check-ins, mutual support, and one-on-one connection that strengthens trust between sessions.
Along the way, the cohort becomes part of the value: a small, thoughtfully curated group of peers who are navigating similar questions, learning alongside one another, and helping each other keep moving forward.
"People begin by sharing where they are. Over time, they start sharing what matters, what's changing, and what they're moving toward."

Chris is a founder, CEO, and executive coach whose career has moved through some of the most demanding arenas in business. He began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he co-led a $500-million investment practice. He left finance in his late twenties to found a home security technology company that grew from zero to $125M in revenue with nearly 800 employees and 300,000 customers. He has been recognized as a Glassdoor Top 20 CEO and is an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. Today, he works with founders, CEOs, and other high performers on leadership, performance, and navigating change.
He also knows what it's like when the trajectory you've built stops feeling like your own. After a challenging exit from the company he built, Chris went through his own version of the experience Polaris is designed to support — the disorientation, identity questions, and necessary work to figure out "what's next." He brings both a proven track record of high achievement and the hard-won personal experience of reinvention.
Chris lives in Washington, DC with his husband and their beagle, Willy. He enjoys fitness, travel, the outdoors, and AI.
This first cohort is a pilot. That means we're being intentional about who's in the room, moving carefully, and building as we go. It also means we're actively looking for feedback — from participants — as we refine the program.
If you're interested in the program and open to being part of something that's still taking shape, this is a good fit.
"Early participants will have more direct access and influence on how the program evolves."
The best way to find out whether Polaris is the right fit is with a conversation. If you're interested, reach out and we'll follow up.
No pressure. Just a conversation.
